Fireside Shaker Cozy Cabin Sweater - Dove

Shaker stitch is the reason this one feels like a proper winter sweater rather than a thin layer pretending to be one. The rib is deep and springy, the shoulders drop a little past where they should, and the edges are left rolled rather than banded, which keeps the whole thing relaxed. Colourblocking breaks up the body just enough to stop it reading plain. In dove it is the sweater that comes off the shelf on a cold Sunday and stays on until bedtime.
